Facilitation Training Level 1 for Consultants and Staff

BreakView provides workshops that create learning through dynamic discussion and hands-on experience. The personal attention each participant receives in our workshops maximizes both the amount learned and the likelihood that he or she will actually apply the knowledge.

We have developed an intensive facilitation skills training level 1 program for in-house staff.

The course is based on our popular one day Run Better Meetings workshop.

During the Level 1 course, we conduct an in-depth exploration of group problem solving and conflict management techniques. We also expand on a variety of methods that can be used to obtain timely, high quality solutions from a group. There are several additional practice and feedback sessions built in as well.
