Relationship management explores some key skills for fostering solid relationship with coworkers and business partners.

The workshop is built on the philosophy that successful relationships are based on boundaries. Boundaries that are understood, articulate and enforced.

We can discern our own boundaries by reflecting on what we like and don't like. However, with shifting demographics, being aware of our own boundaries will not prevent us from violating those of our coworker's and business partners. Gone are the days of homogeneity in the workforce. Within the confines of today's organization, one can find a multitude of ethnic groups, cultures, values and boundaries.

The course will introduce several models and methods. Your goal will be to find at least one idea that's viable in your role. Then, make a commitment to practice and in turn use it successfully in your wider environment.
